I took out the gold plus membership and now I’m attending a wedding fair on 29/2/…. and require the PPL insurance certificate. I understand that I’m automatically insured as part of the membership, however will I need the certificate to show the organisers?”
That’s no problem, all of your documents are available to download in your account area under active resources along with a personalised ‘Insurance Eligibility Certificate’ (Previously known as ‘To Whom it May Concern”) document which is accessible from your main account dashboard area. As an alternative, you could download our mobile app and display your documents on your phone or tablet.
In order to show your address in the certificate, you can add your whole address in the first line of your address field.
